Personalized playlist curator 7. PIcnic setter-upper for big occasions 8. Backyard rental (if you have one, rent yours out by the hour for events) 9. Weird local tour guide (you're not weird, maybe you are, but you're showing the weird side of your city) 10. Upcycle goods into art and sell that 11. Houseplant sitter / reviver 12. Seasonal light putter-upper 13. Annoying small home problem fixer - figure out how to fix squeaky floors or doors or that one light that just doesn't work right 14. Wheelie trash bin cleaner 15. Temporary tattoo designer and seller 16. Personalized short story writer 17. Custom meme creator 18. Custom zoom background creator 19. Hobby equipment renter 20. Driveway parking spot rental 21. Niche stock photo creator 22. Online community moderator 23. Beta reader for niche genres 24. Board game teacher / host 25.
